Product Marketing Manager
We are looking for a rock-star Product Marketing Manager with a strong drive and energy to lead the strategic planning, product development, and support the go-to-market strategy for the product. In this role, you must be comfortable with solving complex problems, taking on big challenges, juggling between strategic thinking, and tactical and detailed execution.
Your responsibilities in this position:
- Identify market requirements for current and planned products through client interactions, market research
- Define and drive product roadmaps working with stakeholders including Engineering, and Sales
- Define product pricing based on market research, customers interactions, competitive analysis
- Drive and complete projects independently in a complex organizational environment; develop close cross-group relationships with internal and external partners
- Work with Marketing Communications to manage product launch and outbound marketing on product
- Define, position, and communicate the value proposition for Enterprise markets versus competitive products
- Conduct market research, analysis, segmentation and sizing. Develop recommendations for management based on this analysis
- Provide updates and training to sales and work closely with them to develop opportunities
- Develop marketing materials and collaterals in conjunction with Marketing Communications to support the product including datasheets, presentations, case studies
- Identify key customers in target markets and work with sales on penetration strategies
About you:

- A minimum of 5 years in product marketing and/or high technology marketing

Project Manager
The Project Manager will assist Engineering teams with new and existing products development. The person who fills this position must be an experienced Agile Iteration Manager who has been successful managing projects through Agile's rapid cycle development methods.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, business or technical degree preferred.
- Certified Scrum Master Training.
- Project Management skills and Project Management Methodology proficiency, and experience including the ability to manage resources, dependencies, scope, and risks using Agile Iteration management methods.
- Proficiency in Agile Development, XML/XSD, Unix, Windows, Mac.
- MySQL/phpMyAdmin a plus.
- Experience in managing projects related to video streaming a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Manage communication between Engineering and rest of company with regard to timelines, behavior of system, feature requests, and newly developed features.

Production and Security Engineer
This individual will help design and support a scalable, redundant production environment. This person will configure, maintain and secure the production and staging server environment, and manage code deployment to production systems while maintaining 24x7 system availability. This position requires a security-focused Linux guru with strong scripting and networking skills.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of Linux system administration experience
- 3-5 years experience supporting systems in a 24x7 production environment
- 1-2 years of web server and J2EE (Apache/Tomcat) administration experience
- 1-2 years of database server (MySQL) administration experience
- Hardware or software load-balancing experience
- Experience with cloud or distributed computing a plus

This individual will be in charge of server administration, monitoring, backup and internal IT support. This position requires a Linux guru, with excellent networking skills and strong scripting abilities. Responsibilities include server maintenance, backup, security, monitoring, disaster recovery, and some desktop support.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of Linux system administration experience
- 2-3 years of Windows Server administration
- 1-2 years experience with virtualization (VMWare/Xen)

- Experience managing backup, monitoring and notification systems
- Some scripting ability to automate system administration tasks

Front-End Software Engineer (Flex)
We are looking for a rock-star Front-End Developer with design and rapid prototyping skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop rapid prototype to test concepts and to support the definition of Veodia's products

About you:
- 2+ years of Actionscript software development experience using FlexBuilder
