Guillaume Cohen, Founder & CEO
Prior to founding Veodia, Guillaume was head of the Enterprise Business at Envivio, a spin-off of France-Telecom, and the leader in MPEG-4 and h.264 technology for IP Television. At Envivio, he started and grew the enterprise market into the most profitable business unit. His products were deployed at hundreds of customers including Citigroup, Cornell University, Oracle, and the European Commission. He also initiated the Enterprise Work Group at the Internet Streaming Media Alliance (ISMA) and was a panel speaker at many streaming media conferences. He holds degrees from Ecole Polytechnique and ENSTA in Paris, France.

Etay Gafni, VP of Products
Etay brings to Veodia more than 13 years of experience mastering multiple disciplines including software development, user-experience, design, multi-media and eLearning production, community development and global management. Prior to Veodia, Etay was Senior Director of User Experience and Technology for SAP. Etay is one of the founders of the SAP Developer Network and worked closely with the office of the CTO, SAP Ventures and product teams, defining, designing and building SAP's next generation Enterprise 2.0 applications. Prior to SAP, Etay was part of several startup companies in Israel. Etay holds a BA in Computer Science from IDC in Israel and was an officer in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) Intelligence.

Sylvain Rebaud, VP of Engineering
Sylvain comes to Veodia from RealNetworks, Intertrust and Listen.com. He is best known as the inventor of Rhapsody, RealNetworks' leading on-demand music subscription service with over 1,000,000 subscribers. In 1998, he co-founded TuneTo.com which was acquired by Listen.com, then acquired by RealNetworks in 2003. The audio streaming engine he developed at TuneTo later became the core of Rhapsody. More recently Sylvain was software architect at Intertrust, the leading Digital Right Management (DRM) Company. Sylvain brings tremendous management experience, and technology expertise in streaming media and digital content protection. Sylvain holds a MS Electrical Engineering from ESIEE in France.

Benjamin Pracht, Principal Engineer
Prior to joining Veodia, Benjamin was a core member of VideoLAN, the world's most successful video open-source project best known for itsmedia player VLC. He also developed video artifact reduction algorithms for TV receivers at Micronas in Munich, Germany. Benjamin brings a lot of experience in video systems, MPEG-4 standard, network protocols, and MacOS X software development. Benjamin holds degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the prestigious Ecole Centrale Paris, France, and Technical University of Munich, Germany.

Tom Blossom, Director of Services
Tom brings to Veodia over 10 years of experience building support organizations and user communities at Mindjet, SpotOn, Inc., and Thomson Financial. He has a successful track record of managing the design, creation and implementation of numerous customer-facing systems to support new product launches and facilitate rapid growth. Tom holds degrees in Economics and History from Tufts University.
